The police took a tiger cub from a circus in San Juan Playa last week as first and foremost it is an endangered species but secondly the owners lacked any legal papers to show that they were able to have this animal in Spain.

The cub was being used by the circus in San Juan to make money out of being photographed with it.

The police are now trying to process all of the necessary paperwork as all other regulations for the proper care of the animal were being observed.The police returned the animal to the circus for its care while all of this was being done.
