CROEM ( the regional association of businessmen)is requesting that there is a bus service and a better taxi service to and from the airport in San Javier (Murcia).It seems that the services which do exist are not related in any way to the schedules of the arrivals and departures at the airport.This is damaging the airport.The airport has a mainly international set of flights with domestic ones as well but the passengers are not being helped to use the airport because of the inadequate transport services.
Keeping the elderly fit in San Javier has become a priority and the council has installed a set of outdoor “keep-fit”equipment on the sea front near the eucalyptus area.They have also installed some near the sports centre in Santiago dela Ribera.The euipment is modified to meet the needs of the older person and now they can exercise in safety.Children have their own areas for exercise and this has always been recognised as important.This trend to provide for mature adults is a wonderful innovation.
