Javea Young People
Youngsters from age 12 to 17 in Javea are heping each other with their respective languages.British and Spanish schoolchildren are taking part in a conversation exchange to help improve their knowledge of each others languages. There is a newly launched youth organisation,Monjove and they will attend Monjove’s headquarters for 45 minute sessions in March ,April and may. They will have tutors present who will help them get started. The new youth club is also open in the evening to enable the young people to get help with their homework.
This is an ideal solution for those who find it difficult to work at home or whose parents work in the evenings.Once again tutors are on hand to help with those who require it.After 18.30 there are more fun activities which enable young people to relax with friends. The Monjove centre is in the casa de Cultura in Javea.
