Carols At Benidoleig
The annual carol concert in Benidoleig will take place on December 16 at 8pm in the La Lloma restaurant .
This year the Friends of Rincon del Silencio are linking with the Salvation Army Band .
Last year there were too many people attending and so numbers have been restricted this year to 250 people .
Each ticket will cost 10 euros and will include entrance and tapas . There will be a big raffle and half of all the proceeds will go to the Salvation Army .

Campello Volunteers Commended
Campello has a civil protection unit consisting of 20 volunteers who have been trained and who work alongside the police .
During the recent Moors and Christians fiesta they put in about 600 hours of voluntary work , helping to ensure the safety of the public .
A council member has commended the work that they do and said that they are an asset to the community .
New San Fulgencio Car Park
More parking spaces are required in San Fulgencio and the council have put forward a suggestion for an underground car park at the Paseo Barnuevo.
It would hold an extra 200 cars but will not be agreed until residents and traders put forward their ideas , agreement or rejections .
The scheme will be put out to tender once residents have presented their suggestions
